SARAH GREENMAN (she/they)
Executive Director

Sarah (Class 40) began serving as ALF Oregon's Executive Director in October of 2022. Their work is rooted in a core framework of joy, justice, inclusion, right-relationship, and anti-racist praxis. They have deep experience as a nonprofit leader, community organizer, project manager, facilitator, artist, storyteller, and have served in a wide range of creative and administrative roles. Sarah is responsible for ALF Oregon’s vision, strategy, and resource development. Sarah also serves as a steward for ALF Oregon’s Senior Fellow Network and foundational year-long Fellows program. Sarah's deepest joys in life are their two children Charlie and Katie, their partner Kelly, and their creative practice. Sarah splits their time between rural Southern Oregon and rural Eastern Oregon.
RENE BORDELON (she/her)
Operations Manager

René brings a multitude of skills, honed over years in different industries, to her position as Operations Manager with ALF Oregon. René's primary skill set is in communications, which is evident from her time as a performer, office manager, and time in restaurants and hospitality. As an extroverted introvert, René enjoys being an Aunt, reading, writing, taking long walks along rivers with her dog and husband, singing, journaling, road trips, and enjoying Portland arts and culture.

TONI TABORA-ROBERTS (she/her)
Lead Facilitator
Toni has over 25 years experience working in the nonprofit, public, and private sectors doing leadership development, program management, communications, community engagement, and organizational development. Her approach is grounded in interpersonal connections, experiential engagement, collaboration, care, and culturally responsive, strengths-based facilitation. She has particular passion for arts, culture, media, education, sustainability, and social justice.
KATHLEEN HOLT (she/her)
Lead Facilitator
Kathleen Holt is an independent organizational development consultant. She has more than 25 years of experience in strategic organizational development and vision-driven communications in the nonprofit and higher education sectors. Before starting her own firm, Kathleen was Associate Director of Oregon Humanities, where she was responsible for organizational strategy, culture, and communications. She’s also served as APANO’s Interim Executive Director. Kathleen lives in Southeast Portland with her husband and two children. She was born and raised in Hawai’i, and identifies racially as Korean, Japanese, and Native Hawaiian.
NANCY DAVIS (she/her)
Support Facilitator
Nancy is a trusted advisor and strategic consultant in both the nonprofit and for profit sectors for more than two decades. She’s collaborated with hundreds of leaders as a strategist and thought partner, and as an expert at designing and facilitating creative conversations that strengthen relationships, generate commitment and lead to action that matters.
CLIFF JONES (he/him)
Faculty Emeritus
Cliff has over 30 years of experience in social service, community education, and human rights advocacy. He is co-founder of Tools for Diversity, a multi-cultural team that addresses problems caused by discrimination and prejudice and supports building culturally competent organizations. Capacity building and partnerships are cornerstones of his work. Cliff’s work is deeply embedded in the ALF Oregon Fellows Program curriculum and experience. MYRIAM LOESCHEN (she/her)
Chef & Facilitator
Myriam Loeschen is a community-builder and fierce advocate for human connection. She utilizes her background in the SATIR therapy model, Catalyst Leadership frameworks, and Anti-Racist Training to catalyze resilient conversations around issues that matter — race, humanity, and self-awareness. Over the last decade, Myriam has honed her skills in strengthening thriving organizational cultures, guiding difficult dialogues (with ourselves and each other), and supporting the cultivation of self-leadership grounded in collective care. Myriam works alongside ALF Faculty during Community Building Week as a chef and co-facilitator. She uses food as a core element of connection across difference and relationship building.
