Toni Tabora Roberts Joins ALF Oregon Faculty

ALF Oregon welcomes Toni Tabora-Roberts (Class 40) to the faculty! Toni began working alongside Cliff Jones (Class 28) and Nancy Davis in January of this year. Toni is a skilled and thoughtful facilitator based in the Portland area. She is deeply familiar with our curriculum and brings 25+ years of experience working with leaders from across sectors.

Toni's hire is part of ALF Oregon's ongoing work to deepen the scope and impact of our Fellows programming. Our goal is for the identiies and lived experiences of our Board, Faculty, and Staff to reflect those of the leaders in the Fellows Program.

We are also in the process of building a more sustainable co-facilitation model that is aligned with ALF Oregon's mission and values. Toni kicked off her time with ALF Oregon by facilitating our recent board retreat — guiding us with grace and rigor. Welcome Toni!
