From Cynthia:
After two incredible years of serving on the Board of Directors for American Leadership Forum Oregon, I am stepping off the board—but my connection to this amazing organization remains as strong as ever.
ALF’s mission of bringing diverse leaders together to foster meaningful connections and drive positive change has deeply inspired me. I have seen firsthand the power of this network to shape Oregon’s future, and I know I will continue to rely on the relationships and insights I’ve gained along the way.
To my fellow board members—your passion, dedication, and leadership have been truly inspiring. You have each reinforced my belief in the importance of collaboration and bold action in making a difference in our communities. I am excited to watch ALF continue to grow and evolve, knowing it is in such capable hands.
While my role on the board is changing, my commitment to this network and its mission remains. I look forward to finding new ways to support ALF and our shared vision for Oregon.
Sinceramente,
Cynthia Carmina
