ALF Oregon Seeks Deputy Director

ALF Oregon is restructuring in the wake of Kelley Whitmore's departure as Program Manager and we are seeking applicants for a Deputy Director. Please share this job posting with someone you think might be a great Deputy Director for American Leadership Forum of Oregon.

American Leadership Forum of Oregon seeks a strategic, visionary, and collaborative Deputy Director to lead and advance Oregon’s pre-eminent executive leadership program. As a leader of leaders, the ALFO Deputy Director will have a passion for activating a diverse community of leaders to shape Oregon’s future together.

This is a full-time, hands-on position focused on networking, community engagement, resource development, and Senior Fellow program development and implementation. Experience as an ALF Oregon Senior Fellow is preferred but definitely not required. A proven track record in advancing and elevating diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of an organization's efforts is a must.
